SHIPPING Policy:

Your item will leave our warehouse same day to 2 business day.  Most of the time, it leaves within 1 business day.
If you would like to receive your item quicker, please choose Priority or Express Shipment.
Every package will have tracking number.  You will receive tracking email from Paypal.com, UPS.com, or eBay email from me with tracking number on it once we create shipping label.  Tracking email will go to email address you registered with Paypal.com.  If you don’t receive tracking email within 2 business days, please SPAM or Junk folder.  If it’s not there, please email us via eBay email to get tracking number.
Please have correct address eBay and Paypal account before you purchase our item.  We have few occasions customers have moved, but still old email address and mailing addresses.  It cost too much time and money to receive undeliverable products and shipping it again. 

International Shipping Policy:

We can ship worldwide. 
For this item, we cannot reduce value to help you with Customs Taxes.  If we declare $50 for this item, then only $50 is covered under insurance.  Also, it is against law and against strict eBay policy.  So please don’t ask us to reduce the value on customs paper.
Customs Tax is customer’s responsibility.  Please check with your customs office whether you have to pay tax or not BEFORE you purchase the item.  
Have a correct address in both Paypal and eBay, and we must have your phone number to put it on your package.  Please have phone number in your eBay account.  If you don’t, we have to wait until we get your phone number.  You can send us separate email with your phone number on it.

RETURN Policy:

Your item comes with customer satisfaction
guarantee.  If you don’t like your item you receive, please contact us
asap.  We must receive return item within 14 days of customer receiving
the item.  We will exchange or refund money.  We have very low rate of
returning product, and everybody is 100% satisfied.
All item returned must be in PRISTINE CONDITION including boxes as you receive.  If not, we are sending item right back to you.  Each boxes have items numbers on it that we cannot just use different box.  Please use enough protection to return item, so boxes don’t get crushed during shipping back.
For Refund, there will be 25% restocking fee, but no restocking fee for exchange to different item.
