Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days. The product must be unworn, with tags and stickers still attached.Orders over $4000 have a 8% restocking Fee unless unless otherwise agreed by our staff.Shipping and Item Problems:When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Teelys within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies notified to Teelys after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement. In the unlikely event of goods received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc.. Teelys must be notified within 5 days of receipt and furthermore reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Teelys cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturers’ original packaging.

Warranty Repairs:The warranty provided is a two year in house warranty that works the same way as the manufacturer’s. If you have an issue with the internal workings of the watch, such as the movement, you just need to send the item back and we will repair it for you. Cosmetic damage, or damage considered “wear and tear” such as scratches, is not covered. Due to the multiple customer caused reasons for water damage, this is also not covered. Please contact us for further information.
