Shipping Policy
We ship all items within one business day via USPS, FedEx. We also ship internationally and we are not responsible for any taxes or duties for international shipments. A signature may be required on certain orders. .
In the event that a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact Njshop2014 within 48 hours to initiate a claim with the prospective carrier.
Return Policy
All returns made to Njshop2014 must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. They must include all documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by Njshop2014 or by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase. When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended. All returns must be filed before 14 days; after that time, Njshop2014 is no longer responsible – no exceptions!
All returns must be inspected and approved by Njshop2014 before the return is finalized.

3. Please allow up to 10 days after Njshop2014 receives the watch to process the return and issue credit.
Warranty Policy
All Watches sold by Njshop2014 have a 1 year limited warranty. Njshop2014 will, within one (1) year from date of purchase, repair or replace [at Njshop2014’s option] the movement of your watch free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover batteries, leather straps, or crystals, nor does it cover damage arising from normal wear, scratches, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Njshop2014
Payment Policy
