Paypal is the preferred payment for our auction items. It is the fastest way for us to process/ship the items. SHIPPING METHODS–All orders are shipped via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). AK, HI, PR and US territories outside of US customers- USPS shipping option is available. Please contact us for rates. All international shipments are via USPS.

PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME–We ship everyday Monday-Friday except holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process after receipt of payment, and 7-12 days for delivery (domestic). We do our best to process/ship the item the same day if possible; however, it could take up to 1-2 business days.

Please contact us within 30 days with any returns or exchanges. Please contact us for a RMA number before shipping the item back. Please indicate the RMA number on your package. Also, please ship the item within 3 days of receiving your RMA number. Returned item must be in the original condition as when it was shipped. Please include all packing materials or it will not be accepted.
