lowest price on eBay. This does not mean we have to accept the offer and we base
our decisions on many factors like availability or the amount of the product we
have on hand. We typically do not accept offers that are outside of the USA
since there is a greater risk of loss or theft in transit. Also please do not
add additional terms into your offers, it will cause them to be declined. If you
want free shipping then try to deduct the shipping price from the cost of the
item, do not ask for it in the terms section of the agreement.
